Reading Charts Module 3 Review

In this module, you’ve learned specific steps to reviewing Ichimoku on charts.

The basic steps:
     1. Weekly Price Action to Cloud
     2. Daily Price Action to Cloud
     3. Read Chart from Left to Right
     4. Focus on Most Recent Price Action
     5. Check the Chikou Span
     6. Observe the Future Kumo

Using these steps gives you an understanding of what has gone on which gives clues to what could happen in the future.

If a stock, its sector, and the overall market are all trending bullish there is more of a probability that it could remain bullish compared to if it was bearish or mixed.

You should now be confident in knowing exactly what Ichimoku is presenting and this knowledge, after looking at many charts, should help you make buying and selling decisions.
